Hrvatski Telekom has completed its acquisition of PRO-PING d.o.o. in Croatia after receiving the required regulatory approvals, finalizing a deal first announced in April 2026.
The transaction covers 100% of the shares in PRO-PING, a regional broadband service provider headquartered in Pitomača. Hrvatski Telekom said the completion of the deal does not bring any immediate changes for PRO-PING customers, who will continue using the company’s services under their existing terms and conditions. PRO-PING was established in 2010 and provides broadband services through its fiber-optic and wireless network. As of 31 December 2025, PRO-PING served approximately 17,000 customers and employed seventeen people. The company generated revenue of EUR 3.5 million in 2025.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality of service to all customers in Croatia, regardless of where they live or operate, while contributing to the creation of development opportunities for social progress and economic growth. We will continue investing to deliver the best customer experience across Croatia, create value for local urban and rural communities as well as our shareholders, and ensure the Company's sustainable growth."
The completed acquisition adds a provider with an established network footprint in several Croatian counties, with a particular presence in rural and less urban areas.
